Cancellation Policy
At Hair By Courtney, I understand that life happens and plans can change unexpectedly. That's why I am pleased to offer a flexible cancellation policy with no fees if cancelled 48 hours prior to the appointment. However if it is past the 48 hours, a 50% fee will be applied. If you are 15 mins late, you will be charged a no-show fee and would need to put a new deposit down. I look forward to serving you with understanding and care.
